Dispute Resolution Officer

• Initial appointment 12 months (maternity leave replacement); but

• Possibility of longer term appointment;

The opportunity exists for an enthusiastic person with a mature outlook to take a role as one of a small team of Dispute Resolution Officers within the Sydney CBD office of the Private Health Insurance Ombudsman. This position would suit a person who has strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Tertiary qualifications and experience in law, business or nursing would be an advantage. Work experience in a health insurance fund or hospital admissions area would also be well regarded. This is a full time position (but some flexibility with hours is negotiable) with a base salary of $50K+, plus annual leave loading and employer funded superannuation.
