To lodge a complaint by email please include:
• Your Complaint;
• The Name of your Health Fund;
• Your address; and
• Any other information that will help explain
your problem.
Alternatively, please use our complaint lodgement form.
You will receive an automatic acknowledgement
of your email. If you do not receive this acknowledgement
please resend your email or phone 1800 640 695 for assistance.

Timeframes for Response
Under our service charter we aim to acknowledge all emails and letters within 5 working days. Most of time however, the office can respond sooner than this.
